The Sivananda Yoga practice includes beautiful Sanskrit chanting, pranayama, Sun Salutations, a sequence of classical poses and a guided relaxation. This workshop explains the intentions of these physical exercises and includes a slow-paced 90-minute Sivananda asana practice.
