What is Ayurveda

    how each of the five elements may be disrupting the proper functioning of your bodily channels and tissues.

  3. An Ayurveda Practitioner devises a plan to help you achieve proper functioning of your bodily channels and tissues.

  4. An Ayurveda Practitioner recommends foods and lifestyle practices you should include as well as those you should avoid.

  5. An Ayurveda Practitioner acts as a guide and a coach, but ultimately it is up to you
    to make the recommended adjustments to your diet and lifestyle to feel healthy.
